you a chance to renew your subscription immediately and lock
in the rate you signed up at. This way you avoid any price
increases that might occur.

missing an insert that is supposed to be in the newsletter

I
recently accepted a free trial of your publication and when
I received my first issue it came with an invoice. If the
offer is free, why am I being charged?
The free trial you describe is called an "asked for trial".
We sent you a promotion in the mail and you responded by sending
in a postcard or coupon. The offer stated that it was a free
trial and if you were not interested in a subscription, return
the enclosed invoice and mark it "Cancel". You are

if you have any further questions or concerns.
When
will my next issue be arriving?
Our specialty newsletters are released at different times
of the month. All should be mailed however, via first or second
class mail by the 15th day of the month the issue is published
(i.e., the March issue will be sent no later than March 15th).
If you have not received your issue and it is outside of this
timeframe (taking postal delays into account), please call
800/508-2582, and our representatives will certainly be able
to assist you.
I
bought a subscription from the "The Coding Institute",
but the invoice shows "Global Success", I charged
this on my credit card and did not know who you were. Why
did you bill me this way?
Global
Success Corporation is the parent company of The Coding Institute.
We are one and the same. Credit card companies sometimes send
charges through with our parent company name. We apologize
for any confusion or inconvenience this may cause.
Why do I have a big red sticker on the front page of my newsletter?
The issue you are describing is sent to you to get your attention.
It means that your subscription actually expired last month
(meaning the last issue you paid for was mailed to you last
month). We have reserved
a complete copy of the most recent one you have in your prosession,
we would just need your authorization to renew your subscription
