Return/Refund
Policy
We
have instituted this return policy to give our customers
explicit instructions on company procedures in the unlikely
event that the need should arise to return a product for
exchange or refund.
Audioconferences:
Registrants who do not dial in and who do not cancel 24
hours before the conference date are liable for the full
conference fee. Cancellations must be made by fax or email.
Fax to the conference department at 800-508-2592 or email
to conference@medville.com. Sorry, telephone cancellations
are not accepted.
CDs,
Tapes, Transcripts:
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with
your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days, along
with the mailing label from the original packaging to:

Once
the merchandise is received, you'll be notified by our Ancillary
Services Department and the refund process will be begin.
